Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made through the Artisan Design website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Our products are photographed and described as accurately as we can, but colours may vary slightly between screens, and framed and handmade pieces can differ in small ways from the images shown.

Availability

Items shown as arriving later are on their way to us on our next container. Delivery dates for these items are estimates and may change if shipping is delayed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a refund.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted once payment has been received and we have confirmed it by email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if there is a pricing or stock error.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
