Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery

We deliver throughout New Zealand. Because our pieces are large and often framed or made of glass, they are carefully packed before they leave us. Orders can take up to two weeks to arrive.

Courier delivery

Most pieces are sent by courier. We send courier orders out every couple of days, and you will receive an email when your order is on its way. Delivery cost is calculated and shown at checkout.

Oversize pieces

Oversize pieces are sent by a furniture moving company. This service does not offer tracking, but the company will call you before delivery to arrange a time. Oversize delivery is to street addresses in towns and cities only; we are unable to deliver oversize pieces to rural addresses. If you live rurally, please contact us before ordering so we can arrange delivery to your nearest depot for you to collect.

Preorders and arriving stock

Some pieces are available to preorder. Please check the individual product page for the estimated arrival and dispatch dates before ordering. These dates are estimates and may change if shipping is delayed. If you need your piece by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order.

On delivery

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if anything has arrived damaged, so we can put it right. Read our Returns and refunds policy for more information.
